By downloading or using Photolog, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

Photolog is a personal photo and video organization app developed by Jaak Parik. The app is provided for personal use and is currently free to download and use.

Your content

Photos, videos, notes, stack names, and other content you create or import with Photolog are yours. We claim no ownership of your content. You are responsible for the content you capture, import, store, and share.

Acceptable use

Use Photolog only for lawful purposes. Do not use the app to:

• Violate someone's privacy or legal rights.
• Capture, store, or share content you do not have the right to use.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations.

iCloud and Apple services

Optional iCloud sync and Sign in with Apple are provided by Apple. Your use of those services is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for iCloud availability, performance, storage limits, or service interruptions.

Backups

Photolog is designed to help organize your media, but it should not be your only backup of important content. Keep separate backups of media that matters to you.

No warranty

Photolog is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Photolog.

Changes to the app

We may update, modify, add, or remove features over time. If optional paid features are introduced, you will be told before any charge.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app or website. Continued use of Photolog after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
